Homebuyer Dream Program
Receive up to $30,000 towards the purchase of a home
The Homebuyer Dream Program® (HDP) and the Homebuyer Dream Program® Plus are grant programs financed by the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York (FHLBNY). Their purpose is to assist individuals and families with the purchase of their first home.
With limited availability, they are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
