Funds Availability

Cayuga Lake National Bank has same day funds availability. Your account will be credited for a deposit on the same business day.

The bank reserves the right to impose exceptions to the availability of funds in certain circumstances. Some of these instances may include new accounts, large item deposits or concerns regarding collection of funds. There are no service charges as a result of unavailable/uncollected funds.

Visa Debit Card

We have Visa Debit Cards available for your convenience. We do not charge a fee or a service charge to use our consumer debit cards. You may also use your Visa Debit Card at any retail establishment where Visa Cards are accepted to purchase goods and services. Our Visa Debit Cards are accepted worldwide at any location that displays the VISA network symbol; simply let a representative know if you will be traveling!  If you should lose your card, report it to the bank immediately or call VISA directly at 1-800-472-3272. Be sure to keep your Visa card number in a safe place for reference in situations like this.

Bank Information Line (BIL)

The Bank Information Line (BIL) is a 24-hour a day, 7 days a week automated service that Cayuga Lake National Bank provides for our customers. This service allows you to inquire about your balances, check the status of checks you have written and even transfer funds between your accounts.

The automated system will also allow you to make payments over the phone on your CLNB loans. This is just one of the many ways that our financial institution tries to accommodate our customers' busy lives.

Mobile Deposit

From within CLmB, Cayuga Lake mobile Bank-our mobile banking application, you can quickly and easily deposit checks using your Android or Apple smartphone with a few simple clicks!

Safe Deposit Boxes

Text Banking

Another feature within our Mobile Banking app, Text Banking is a free, real-time service enabling customers to receive balance information, recent history or make a transfer quickly and easily from their mobile phone.  Customers can also set up alerts for their accounts.

Internet Banking w/ BillPay

Access your account information by enrolling in our internet banking, providing you the convenience of viewing account activity on your deposit and loan accounts. You may look to see if a check has been paid or a deposit has arrived 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

There are numerous options available for funds management, some of which include: balancing your accounts, adding stop payments, setting up transfers to other CLNB accounts, and implementing personalized account alerts. Within internet banking, we also offer Bill Pay…. FREE!

Overdraft Protection

An additional benefit for you is our free service called savings to checking overdraft protection. This service will transfer money from your savings to your checking in the event that you were going to overdraw your account. This service will avoid an overdraft on your checking account and also avoid an overdraft fee.

We also offer a loan that is attached to your checking account and in the event of an overdraft the loan account would place money in your checking account to avoid an overdraft and the overdraft fee. Subject to approval
